We are currently at a hostel in Santa Barbara and have enjoyed four fantastic days on our road trip in California. We won't go into details right now since we have limited time here and we'd rather do something else (like watching the sunset or birds at the beach) than sitting inside in a room without air conditioning (yes, it's pretty hot in here).
Briefly, let's just say that we spent the first day in LA, then drow up to Monterey along interstate 5 on Thursday, followed by two relaxing days slowly driving down the scenic coast (yes the sun is also shining in Point Lobos), and now we're here.
